IBM WebSphere Application Server and Server Hypervisor Edition Code Injection.
IBM · WebSphere Application Server and Server Hypervisor Edition
The flaw is a code injection vulnerability in IBM WebSphere Application Server and Server Hypervisor Edition, arising from serialized-object interfaces that deserialize untrusted Java objects via the InvokerTransformer class in the Apache Commons Collections library. An unauthenticated remote attacker with network access and no user interaction can send a crafted serialized Java object to execute arbitrary commands on the affected system.
Serialized-object interfaces in certain IBM analytics, business solutions, cognitive, IT infrastructure, and mobile and social products allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted serialized Java object, related to the InvokerTransformer class in the Apache Commons Collections library.
