TVT NVMS-1000 Directory Traversal Vulnerability

TVT · NVMS-1000

Summary

The TVT NVMS-1000 product, a device line from TVT, contains a directory traversal flaw in how its web interface handles path names, where a crafted GET request containing "/.." sequences can escape the intended directory. An attacker with network access can exploit this remotely without authentication or user interaction, which allows them to read sensitive files on the device.
