Summary
A reflected cross-site scripting flaw exists in the Build Step copy function of JetBrains TeamCity, affecting versions before 2023.05.3. An attacker who has low-privileged authenticated access to TeamCity, network reachability to the server, and can get a user to interact with a crafted link or page while copying a Build Step can inject script that runs in the victim's browser, enabling limited confidentiality and integrity impact.
