Palo Alto Networks Expedition OS Command Injection Vulnerability
Palo Alto Networks · Expedition
A command injection flaw in Palo Alto Networks Expedition lets an attacker run arbitrary OS commands as root within the Expedition product. Exploitation requires only network access to the product, with no authentication or user interaction, and successful exploitation discloses usernames, cleartext passwords, device configurations, and API keys for PAN-OS firewalls.
An OS command injection vulnerability in Palo Alto Networks Expedition allows an unauthenticated attacker to run arbitrary OS commands as root in Expedition, resulting in disclosure of usernames, cleartext passwords, device configurations, and device API keys of PAN-OS firewalls.
