Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS Management Interface OS Command Injection Vulnerability
Palo Alto Networks · PAN-OS
A privilege escalation flaw in the management web interface of Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS software lets a user escape to root-level control of the firewall. An attacker needs administrator-level access to the management web interface, with no user interaction required, and the flaw's effect is that actions run on the firewall with root privileges. Cloud NGFW and Prisma Access are not affected.
A privilege escalation vulnerability in Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS software allows a PAN-OS administrator with access to the management web interface to perform actions on the firewall with root privileges. Cloud NGFW and Prisma Access are not impacted by this vulnerability.
