Integer overflow in the WebGL component of Google Chrome on Android (versions prior to 155.0.8059.39) is the flaw. An attacker who lures a user to a crafted HTML page can potentially execute arbitrary code outside the browser sandbox, requiring no prior authentication, network access from the remote attacker, and user interaction to visit the page.
